Goal – (Revised) Run in a 5K
How it Went This Week:
Keeping up with the new exercise regimen this week. We actually added another hour of taekwondo. We have to do weapons to get our black belts. My son is doing staff and I am doing sword. This week, to start sword, myself and another lady spend the middle twenty minutes of the hour swinging the sword over our head to protect our back then back to the front for a strike for about twenty minutes. Yes, my arms a sore. Not as bad as I anticipated, but sore.
Dieting is still not going well. I'm eating way too many things I shouldn't. :-( Need to reinvigorate myself in this area to at least cut corners when I can.
What’s my Plan for next Week:
Monday - run using the Week 5 - C25K plan. Time to try a little more endurance.
TKD on Tues/Wed/Thurs + Sword and demo for 3 hrs on Fri.
